While enjoying the colors and bounty of Autumn be sure to give credit where credit is due. Happy Sunday.
He has made everything beautiful in its time. Ecclesiastes 3:11 NIV

A new weekend is on the horizon and I hope it brings you an amazing day today. Happy Saturday.

Look at these two words and discover what they have in common…listen…silent. Happy Sunday.
In quietness and in confidence shall be your strength.
Isaiah 30:15

Now that you have a problem free day, enjoy your Saturday.

Profoundly and powerfully God has created into every human being the potential for inner peace and spirituality. (RHS)
May you experience profound inner peace today. Happy Sunday.

Looking for a spectacular splash of color for your weekend? I found this on Pinterest and there’s more where it came from. I hope your weekend is as colorful. Happy Saturday.

Today’s post came via Facebook yesterday. It was accompanied by a very long, meaningful poem but I’ll just post one verse here. Happy Sunday.
I JUST CAME by TO TELL YOU, LORD,
HOW HAPPY I’VE BEEN,
SINCE WE FOUND EACH OTHERS FRIENDSHIP
AND YOU TOOK AWAY MY SIN.
I DON’T KNOW MUCH OF HOW TO PRAY,
BUT I THINK ABOUT YOU EVERYDAY.
SO, JESUS, THIS IS ME,
JUST CHECKING IN TODAY.’

Recognizing God’s Spirit in each other would be a wonderful way of looking beyond appearances and seeing our unity.
“I will put My Spirit within you…” Ezekiel 36:27
“The Spirit within me salutes the Spirit in you”. This is one of the meanings for the word Namaste, an ancient Sanskrit greeting.
Here is one of my great-granddaughters (four years young in this photo) in the Namaste pose which she enjoys very much. Happy Sunday.
Don’t let the hurricanes of life knock the wind out of your sails. Happy Saturday.

Today’s blog comes from part of Matthew Ruttan’s post on suffering. This is only a snippet:
There is a lot of suffering in the world. There is personal anguish and anxiety. There is family and relationship stress. There is oppression and violence and war.
None of this surprises me because we live in a broken world. But it bothers me. It bothers me because it’s not what God intended.
