Be Ready to Change

Blog ideas come to me from many places and this one is from Pastor Matthew Ruttan’s July 17th devotional. The photo and its caption captured my attention. It reminded me of the many times I’ve heard this from people…”That’s just the way I am and I can’t change.”

Well, that’s all fine and dandy but what if a change would be for the better as in the case of the caterpillar?

What if you could learn more, do more, be more, have more peace and become aware of your life’s purpose?

I’m not calling myself a butterfly but I’m sure glad God loved me enough to not leave me as I was. Are you ready to be changed? Accept the love that is offered and watch the cocoon of your life take wings.

God loves you as you are. But God loves you too much to leave you as you are.

Apologizing

Today I’m going to reblog one part of a blog by Osarobohenry, just in case there are some who don’t follow him. I found this quite profound:

“Apologizing does not always mean that you’re wrong and the other person is right. It just means that you value your relationship more than your ego.”

Tomorrow I’m going to borrow from another blogger I just met. These people put up some great posts.
