Climbing Mountains

Remembering childhood camp songs is one of my favorite things to do. I sang them to my children and their children; how many of them will remember, I have no idea. Here is one that helps keep a smile on some faces during this time of frowns and fears. Let’s climb Sunshine Mountain today. Happy Saturday.

To Be Afraid or Not to be Afraid

So many people tell me how much they are afraid of what could go wrong today, tomorrow, or whenever. When we stop to analyze this it would be so much healthier, both for mind and body, to think about all the things that could go right. That’s more of an exciting way to live.

Jottings On a Saturday

Here are a couple of jottings I picked up from a calendar while waiting for my sample book at the print shop. Interesting…

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed in the things you didn’t do than by the things you did do.  Mark Twain

The question isn’t “Who is going to let me?” it’s “Who is going to stop me?”  Ayn Rand

Everything you’ve ever wanted is on the other side of fear.  George Addair

And On Anxiety:

Quote on anxiety: “Too many of us are not living our dreams because we are living our fears.”

Quote on anxiety: “You can’t stop the waves, but you can learn to surf.”

Quote on anxiety: “It’s sad, actually, because my anxiety keeps me from enjoying things as much as I should at this age.”

Happy Saturday.
