This song by Bobby McFerrin won Song of the Year and Record of the Year at the 1989 Grammy Awards. It is a wonderful antidote for worry, and a huge pick-me-up when life sometimes gets us down. It always makes me smile. I posted it in 2018 as released by Bob Marley but apparently that is incorrect. Relax and enjoy the experience (again).

Sometimes our thoughts can make or break our mood. I have had to change my way of thinking many times in my lifetime for the simple reason that some thoughts were not only detrimental to my psyche but also to my health.
Now, whenever unwelcome thoughts invade my mind I make a concerted effort to think about Philippians 4:8:
….whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.
It’s called thinking good thoughts. Happy Sunday.
It really doesn’t matter where in the world you live, what kind of weather you are experiencing, how much money you have or don’t have, or even if you are in a good or bad mood, choose to enjoy the day…unless you are being severely tested, as some are in some parts of the world. If you are among those enjoying a blessed life, pray for those who are devastated and have a Happy Saturday.
